Over-the-Rhine Foundation Dream Vacation Raffle

Drawing will occur during Bockfest 2010 - March 5-7. Winner does NOT have to be present to win.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By purchasing this ticket, all contestants agree to the following terms and conditions. Contestants will be responsible for making rental reservations. Contact information for the rental management company can be obtained by contacting Mike Morgan at info@otrfoundation.org. Reservations will be made subject to availability of desired dates, so the winner is advised to make reservations as soon as possible. The property houses a maximum of 8 adults and winning contestants will not exceed this limit. Winning contestants will be held liable for any damage caused to the property during contestant’s stay caused by the acts or omissions of contestant or guests. It will be the responsibility of winning contestants to make all travel arrangements. Contestant waives all claims of liability against the OTR Foundation related to airfare or air travel. Winning contestants will assume all responsibility for the actions and safety of their guests; and waive all claims of liability against the OTR Foundation, the property owner, or the property management company that may result from physical or financial harm occurring during the use of the vacation home. The terms on this receipt constitute the full agreement between the OTR Foundation and the contestants. Winning contestants agree to report the cash value of the prize to all appropriate tax agencies and to consult a tax professional to assess potential liability. The drawing will occur on March 7, 2010. Winning contestants do not need to be present to win, but must provide sufficient contact information to permit the OTR Foundation to notify the winner. Notification will occur by e-mail or phone if the contestant is not present at the drawing.
